Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to build trusted relationships across the FSLTTIP community and drive adoption of HSIN products and services. You will manage the stakeholder lifecycle and convert stakeholders into advocates through outreach, training, and consistent communication. Two FTEs are required.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, creating engagement metrics, and informing program improvements based on stakeholder needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum 10 years leading teams and identifying stakeholders' business needs.
• Proficiency in communication, change management, and mobilizing stakeholders.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
• Working knowledge of HSIN platform features to inform stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to keep HSIN stakeholders informed and build trust.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiation.
• Develop outreach approaches to empower stakeholders to champion HSIN.
• Document stakeholder communications and lifecycle records in HELM; produce metrics.
• Support meetings, briefings, webinars, demonstrations, and stakeholder visits nationwide.
