Job summary

DRT Strategies is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support FDA-related organizational redesign and mission execution efforts. You will plan and execute interviews, workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagements, while synthesizing input into actionable themes for leadership consideration.

You will develop engagement plans, coordinate with FDA stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and help produce concise session summaries and follow-up materials for two project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, organizational change, or consulting.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients or similarly complex organizations.
• Strong qualitative analysis and ability to synthesize input into themes and action items.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support interviews, workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagements across two project phases.
• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans identifying audiences, concerns and communication needs.
• Synthesize interview notes, survey results and input into themes, findings and recommended actions.
• Support functional mapping and roles & responsibilities clarity by documenting perspectives and coordination needs.
• Prepare session summaries, action-item trackers, and risk inputs within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reflect stakeholder input in assessment findings and deliverables.
