Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Section I redesign and leadership succession planning activities.
• Coordinate with FDA leadership and the COR to manage expectations and priorities.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and roles‑and‑responsibilities clarity engagements.
• Develop future‑state designs and implementation roadmaps based on assessment findings.
