Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a Full Time Centralized Clinical Staffing Specialist to join our corporate team in Sugar Land, Texas. You will monitor staffing schedules for Healix Infusion Centers to provide adequate coverage and support operational tasks related to travel expenses as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or recent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing outages and implement strategies to ensure adequate staffing at infusion centers.
• Communicate outages with urgency to discuss coverage options internally.
• Maintain communication with corporate, clients, and sites regarding outages.
• Serve on an after-hours on-call rotation for staffing.
• Verify employee timecards and manage labor allocation and on-call hours.
• Assist with department operations and expense reporting aligned to payroll deadlines.
• Protect employee confidentiality related to health concerns.
• Handle complex situations with critical thinking and professional relationships with managers.
