Job summary

Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a full-time Infusion Nurse in Southlake, TX to coordinate and administer patient care services. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional float between Southlake and Keller locations.

The role offers opportunities to work in infectious disease, gastroenterology or allergy/asthma infusion settings, delivering care with advanced technology in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

BSN or ADN required.
2+ years’ RN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Critical care or outpatient/home infusion experience preferred.
Recent IV administration and catheter management experience.
Strong communication skills to ensure nursing care meets physician expectations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new patient admissions with nursing and business office teams.
Access PICC lines for IV medication administration.
Prepare medications for infusion center administration.
Educate patients and caregivers about infusion therapy information.
Monitor patient treatment, progression, safety and outcomes.
Communicate care with practice staff, corporate nursing support, business office, and client services to ensure high-quality care.
Manage onsite nursing functions including scheduling, daily service charting, inventory management, and coordination of follow-up care with physicians.
