Cascade Engineering Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales and marketing professional to develop new client relationships for our staffing and managed services. You will identify opportunities, research target companies, and present Cascade's capabilities to secure contracts.

The role emphasizes networking, lead generation, and building lasting partnerships with hiring managers and procurement teams, while tracking activities in CRM and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, staffing sales, recruiting sales, or B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for contract staffing and managed services.
• Research target companies and decision-makers across engineering, tech, manufacturing, logistics, and admin.
• Generate leads via networking, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, LinkedIn, events.
• Present Cascade's capabilities and tailor proposals for client needs.
• Track activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Negotiate contract terms and support client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
