Cascade Engineering is seeking a Training & Development Manager to partner with leaders and employees to grow talent, strengthen leadership, and guide meaningful change. This role, known internally as the People Advancement Manager, focuses on creating a high-trust culture where people feel valued and empowered to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Training & Development or Human Resources.
• 2-3 years leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Demonstrated expertise in program design and curriculum development.
• Experience administering a learning management system (LMS).
• Experience with employee communications and culture change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads skills matrix process with department leaders to keep both positional and individual matrices current.
• Facilitates Talent Review and Succession Planning as directed by executives.
• Manages PEP, DiSC, and New Leader Assimilation processes.
• Administers LMS, reports on metrics, curates content, and develops custom content.
• Coordinates annual reviews with HRIS Manager and leadership.
• Oversees training programs for Pay for Contribution and Technical roles.
• Provides coaching using feedback forms and career development discussions.
