Job summary

Adecco Group is recruiting a skilled Recruiter to source and place candidates across multiple client programs in the United States. You will develop and manage a robust candidate pipeline, conduct structured interviews, and partner with hiring managers to meet complex hiring needs.

You will support temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire placements, leveraging ATS tools and best practices to improve time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and strong proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and participate in interviewing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews and present candidates to clients with clear qualifications.
