Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will define recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing objectives.

You will coach candidates on resumes and interviews, manage relationships with passive and active candidates, and use sourcing tools to identify top talent, while driving KPI-based outcomes and ensuring a high level of service for clients

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
Experience with staffing/human resources industries is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for clients.
Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and deliver best-fit talent.
Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for fit and capabilities.
