Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across a variety of clients. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, craft recruiting strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years in recruiting or related experience.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build client relationships and understand hiring needs.
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for diverse clients.
Develop and execute client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
Coach candidates on resumes, interview preparation, and role fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and redeploy temporary associates when needed.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specialized client needs and drive KPIs.
