Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates across temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for a diverse set of clients in the United States. You will analyze hiring needs, build client-specific recruiting strategies, and develop a robust candidate pipeline as a regional SME.

As a team lead in the absence of management, you will conduct structured interviews, coach candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align on talent needs while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate screening.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for diverse clients.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline; engage passive candidates.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews and provide coaching to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and KPI targets.
