Regal Holdings is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage AP/AR, GL, and financial reporting functions in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure accurate, timely payments and close processes.

The role requires 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel to support accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to perform full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL) and month-end close.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with proper approvals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analyses.
• Manage dealer-related payments, incentives, and payout documentation.
• Prepare non-inventory purchase requisitions and ensure proper GL coding.
• Post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for month-end close.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
