Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking an experienced SRS Contracts Specialist in Indiana to negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents. You will work with Sales, Service and Legal to ensure compliant agreements that mitigate risk and support timely business decisions.

The role requires reviewing contracts for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and data privacy terms, managing approvals, and maintaining strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable area of concentration or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal preferred.
• Salesforce.com/ CRM experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents for compliance with organizational requirements.
• Draft, review, redline and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and data privacy agreements.
• Coordinate internal approvals and routing of contracts.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external parties for terms and specifications.
• Manage contract creation, execution and analysis.
