Job summary

Azenta is seeking a SRS Contracts Specialist to negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents, collaborating with Sales, Service and Legal to align agreements with business needs.

You will review contracts for compliance, manage creation and analysis, and identify process improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports risk mitigation and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related industry experience.
• Background in Contract Management / business law.

Responsibilities

• Review all contract documents to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
• Understand contract language and common contract types (NDAs, MSAs).
• Support internal approvals and routing of contracts.
• Serve as a liaison with outside purchasing departments.
• Manage contract creation, execution and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract process and implement changes.
• Draft, review, redline and negotiate a wide range of agreements (NDAs, data privacy, MSAs, SOWs).
