Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Spot Pricing Analyst to own the spot quoting process across key North American lanes. You will build sharp, margin-aware rates to help our sales team close business and keep our network moving.

With 2–4 years in freight pricing or logistics, you will analyze bid requests, use TMS data and rate tools, and collaborate with sales and operations to optimize pricing and capacity. This full-time role is based in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing or logistics in NA trucking/brokerage.
• Strong understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS and rate tools.
• Analytical with ability to balance pricing and margins; fast-paced quoting.

• Analyze and respond to spot quote requests across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Build competitive spot rates using market data and lane performance.
• Monitor margin performance and surface trends for leadership.
• Maintain lane benchmarks using TMS data and market rate tools.
• Collaborate with carrier sales and account management on capacity.
• Track win/loss ratios and contribute to pricing strategy.
• Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting.
