The American Counseling Association (ACA) is the world's largest organization representing professional counselors. The Sales Manager will drive sponsorship, exhibit, and advertising sales for ACA's annual conference and virtual events, building relationships with sponsors and delivering measurable ROI.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, you will develop sales strategies, manage pipelines and budgets, and collaborate with marketing to create compelling

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years in sales; 5+ years in sales manager or similar role.
• Broad knowledge of sales, events, and client relations.
• Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience creating new sales leads and new relationships.

Aufgaben

• Sell sponsorships, exhibit space, and print/digital ads.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create sales materials and presentations.
• Monitor performance and provide forecasts and reports to leadership.
