You will manage benefits delivery, webinars, and resource coordination while engaging with members and presenters in a professional, solutions‑oriented manner.

You’ll work across departments to develop new benefits, track engagement, and support community initiatives, with an emphasis on timely, accurate communications and member satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in customer service, project coordination, administration, event planning, or related fields is helpful.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Calendly, CRM systems, or website management platforms is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant skills and potential will be strongly considered.

• Coordinate ongoing delivery of membership benefits and resources.
• Manage scheduling, presenter communications, logistics, and follow-up for member webinars.
• Coordinate resources like CounselTrends, Care and Counsel, and Clinical Insights.
• Organize member division meetings and professional community engagements.
• Oversee ICCA mentor coaching administration: scheduling, registration, attendance, communications.
• Prepare educational resources, webinar assessments, and participant materials with subject experts.
• Manage webinar recordings and member access using platforms like Vimeo.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and introduce new membership benefits.
