Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to steer non-labor spend management strategy for complex accounts in the US. You will shape annual roadmaps, strengthen executive stakeholder relationships, and drive measurable value realization with $5M-$15M annual portfolio targets.

You will mentor teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and ensure delivery excellence through One Vizient standards. Strong governance and data storytelling are essential to drive adoption and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain decisions within hospitals/health systems.
• Experience leading strategic account planning, governance rhythms (EBRs), and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate spend data into executive-level narratives and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of delivering savings, utilization improvements, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning and maintain the client spend management roadmap with governance rhythms.
• Develop and execute multi-category strategies across non-labor spend with stakeholders and Vizient resources.
• Own value realization by defining targets, tracking savings, and communicating via business reviews/EBRs.
• Deliver executive-influencing narratives and co-lead executive business reviews with clients.
• Manage escalation and drive issue resolution to ensure client outcomes and expansion opportunities.
• Build durable executive relationships and drive renewal/expansion opportunities with enterprise teams.
