Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a closely related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability of engagement deliverables, financial outcomes, and compliance with the SOW while ensuring adherence to SM-PMM.
• Build client trust and influence FIAs and strategic decisions.
• Manage resource allocation, align SME hours and staff with objectives, oversee scope and risk.
• Track KPIs and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Establish and lead governance with Steering Committee and executive updates.
• Maintain financial compliance and veto decisions exceeding budgets or margins.
• Coach and develop a high-performance team and promote ethical behavior.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers; deliver clear communications to senior executives.
• Understand and manage engagement scope, timeline, financials, risks, and dependencies.
• Track engagement value, velocity, and satisfaction.
