Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to manage the planning, development, and execution of a variety of events including professional development trainings, webinars, conferences, and student/faculty activities.

You will work with the college leadership and faculty to translate workforce insights into impactful events, report on outcomes and ROI, and continuously improve formats and delivery methods to meet educational goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in Event Planning.
• Keep records and documentation for each project.
• Respond to requests from faculty/speakers, attendees and students.

• Conduct environmental scans and market research on workforce trends and education needs.
• Analyze event data: participation, feedback, registrations, engagement; suggest improvements.
• Develop recommendations for new events, audiences, formats, partnerships and promotions.
• Partner with program directors and leadership to translate insights into concepts.
• Create reports on event outcomes, ROI, satisfaction, and market opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative data for content and delivery.
• Monitor peer institutions' offerings and identify best practices for our events.
• Manage assigned event portfolios and set strategic priorities aligned with goals.
• Provide leadership with insights on audience needs and community outreach.
• Develop annual event assessment plans and KPIs for future planning.
