Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans education team is seeking an Education Coordinator to support graduate programs by coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, and collaborating with program leadership and faculty.

The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, experience with university systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. On-site work in Philadelphia is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years administrative experience preferred.
• Previous university experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program logistics, completes paperwork and guides students from start to finish.
• Ensures accreditation requirements are met and aligns activities with policy.
• Supports implementation of program policies and procedures.
• Interacts with students, directors and faculty to meet clinical objectives and credentialing.
• Develops databases and reporting processes to ensure accurate data.
