Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in Chantilly, VA, seeks a Senior Technology and Policy Integration Lead (Senior Project Leader - Enterprise Systems Engineering) for an onsite role. You will advise ODNI leaders on space integration, policy, and strategy while coordinating across NIC‑Space and SCO to deliver strategic analyses and recommendations.

Requirements include a current TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a strong track record in strategy, policy development, and leading multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Experience leading interagency or multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and policy within IC/DoW/space industry.
• Ability to quickly analyze technical material and provide concise assessments.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and resource tracking.

Responsibilities

• Act as Aerospace advisor to senior ODNI leaders on space integration and strategy.
• Lead and manage multiple high‑performing teams delivering strategic analysis.
• Coordinate across NIC‑Space, SCO, and IC elements to meet mission needs.
• Mentor team members to build leadership capabilities and strategic understanding.
