Job summary

Peraton Labs in Reston, VA is seeking a Technology Integration Lead to serve as the CTO office's operational and strategic core. This full-time role requires clearance and hybrid work with occasional travel to customer and corporate sites.

Reporting to the Sector CTO, you will translate strategy into execution, align technical teams, and ensure roadmaps, investments, and innovations land with impact for the customer mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or technical operations in defense or intelligence sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining technology roadmaps that align business, customer, and technology perspectives.
• Experience managing IRAD or R&D portfolios from proposal evaluation through execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern technology roadmaps with sector stakeholders.
• Execute the IRAD strategy from ideation to project execution.
• Drive technology transfer from labs to sector programs and pursuits.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and career pathways.
• Partner with program managers to optimize existing programs and capture opportunities.
