Job summary

SEAKR is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategy, capture efforts, and customer relationships in the space sector. The role requires an extensive aerospace/defense network, strong leadership, and the ability to drive growth and strategic direction.

Travel 30-50% and a TS/SCI clearance are expected. The position is full-time, on-site in the United States, with competitive compensation including a year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace preferred.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies; set short-, mid-, long-term goals.
• Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth via market evaluation and positioning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government, defense, and aerospace customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams on opportunities and proposals.
