Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance within specified Line of Business and/or Shared Services.
• Understand FGO Frameworks (SOX, Basel, Regulatory Reporting) and methodologies.
• Serve as primary LOB contact to advise management on risk and controls.
• Perform 2LOD review, governance, and certifications for FGO-controlled frameworks.
• Communicate issues to management and governing Committees; track in eGRC Archer.
• Support broader Control and Finance initiatives.
