PNC is seeking a LOB Risk Specialist - SOX & Internal Controls based in Pittsburgh, PA. You will join the Finance Governance & Oversight Team to manage risk, control frameworks, and regulatory reporting with cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes risk management expertise, clear communication, and timely remediation, supporting auditors, regulators, and senior leadership across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in line-of-business risk management and governance.
• Knowledge of SOX, Basel, liquidity, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Ability to challenge and improve risk and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management within a specified LOB or shared services.
• Understand FGO frameworks and advise management on risk controls.
• Perform 2LOD reviews, governance, and certifications with documented processes.
• Communicate issues to leadership and track remediation in eGRC Archer.
• Collaborate across FGO and business partners to strengthen controls.
• Support broader control and finance initiatives.
