Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior LOB Risk Specialist within the Total Rewards organization to oversee risk management for base and variable compensation across multiple business lines. Based in Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Washington DC, Chicago, or Cleveland, the role partners with Legal, Compliance, and Audit to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory alignment.

The position emphasizes governance development, monitoring, and governance tools, with a focus on issue remediation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and governance practices.
• Ability to lead risk initiatives across multiple lines of business and control areas.
• Experience coordinating risk assessments, monitoring activities and issue remediation.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program and enables adherence with risk management programs.
• Participates in design and development of risk management components to meet regulatory expectations.
• Leads cross-functional efforts and provides risk expertise to business and risk partners.
• Identifies risks, assesses impact, and escalates issues as appropriate.
