• Less than three years of professional work experience (excluding internships).

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal customers and suppliers regarding specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery for ad hoc/non-catalog procurement requests.
• Perform systematic corrective action on issues related to supplier POs or contract non-compliance.
• Support service and material buyers with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Maintain contract management in execution of accurate, timely agreements.
• Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment with deadlines and collaboration.
