Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to design and drive advanced sourcing strategies for Managing Director candidates.

You will build and sustain a long-term pipeline, partner with firm leadership, and leverage analytics to optimize hiring outcomes. You will network with leadership, utilize executive search methods, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while promoting the firm’s reputation in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services, wealth management, or related professional services.
• Experience recruiting in both corporate and executive search environments preferred.
• Proven success developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies for executive or highly specialized roles.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through direct sourcing and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategies for Managing Director candidates.
• Cultivate relationships within the firm and hiring community to improve recruiting.
• Manage the recruitment sourcing process including networking and pipelining.
• Create a proactive talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry research.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, external search partners and executive search methodologies.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, provide dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and a personalized process.
• Promote Oxford as an employer of choice through networking and talent engagement initiatives.
