Capital Group in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment, design strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Avature, and partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to deliver a world-class recruiting experience.

You will build pipelines, manage robust assessment processes, and provide talent insights to shape leadership hiring for our international growth, championing continuous improvement in TA.

Qualifications

• Eight years or more of experience managing complex recruitment processes.
• Experience with compensation structures, market dynamics, and critical talent
• Expertise in designing search strategies and leveraging sourcing methods.
• Strategic advisory to senior hiring managers and leaders on talent acquisition.
• Strong assessment skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Trusted talent consultant with credibility across business and HR partners.
• Curious, agile mindset across multiple lines of business.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, and CoPilot.
