Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead both strategic and operational sourcing initiatives.

You will guide supplier selection, develop partnerships, and oversee a team of Buyers and Material Planners to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization across our supply chain. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking material spend, and driving supplier quality collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of supply chain experience.
• Travel 10–20% including international travel expected.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing recommendations to development teams and partners.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize value and risk.
• Lead a team of Buyers and Material Planners to execute supply chain tasks.
• Coordinate with New Product Development, Demand Planning, and Logistics.
• Track material costs and develop annual spend budgets.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality to handle material breaches.
