Job summary

ASML US seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage assigned suppliers and a commodity base. You will drive supplier selection, negotiate long-term agreements, and monitor compliance and cost reduction initiatives to ensure on-time, within-spec delivery at the lowest total cost.

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze supplier performance, and travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience with 10+ years in supplier management.
• Experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term supplier agreements and cost reduction plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments and trends within the supplier base and ensure readiness to respond.
• Lead supplier selection activities by one or more sourcing teams.
• Negotiate LTSA and NPI agreements and addenda.
• Monitor contractual compliance of both supplier and ASML.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reduction.
• Prepare supplier spending forecasts.
• Monitor supplier financial health.
• Coordinate communications to suppliers and SAT meetings.
• Drive supply base rationalization within the category.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and close findings.
