Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale subcontracts in transit/electromechanical environments.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-cultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier subcontracts through evaluation, qualification, selection, negotiation, costing and project management.
• Oversee supplier performance relative to cost, quality, delivery, and KPIs; conduct business reviews.
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet divisional requirements and optimize total cost of ownership.
