Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to ERP software (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/OpenInvoice).
• Ability to interpret spend data and evaluate vendor quotes.

Responsibilities

• Verify and evaluate supplier capabilities and pre-qualification setup.
• Initiate and coordinate RFQs and proposal evaluations.
• Enter data and verify in the vendor management system.
• Prepare sourcing analysis reports and interpret results.
• Coordinate vendor qualifications, pricing logs, and internal/external communications.
• Engage with suppliers to compare bids and achieve cost savings.
• Identify backup sources and address supply chain/cost issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet field needs promptly.
• Adhere to all HSE policies and supplier risk procedures.
