Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to ensure supply continuity, optimize procurement costs, and support revenue growth. The role partners with CSRs, Procurement, and Operations to execute structured procurement processes and mitigate supplier risk.

The position focuses on RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, and data-driven improvements, in a fast-paced environment with hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or related roles.
• Experience supporting supplier relationships, pricing requests, and purchase orders.
• Distribution or industrial supply experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Sourcing & Procurement activities and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, lead times, service levels, and terms.
• Support supplier negotiations and sourcing recommendations.
• Identify and assess supplier risks and develop contingency options.
• Collaborate with CSRs, Procurement, Operations and cross-functional teams.
