Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Sourcing and Vendor Performance Associate to lead RFQ processes and drive cost reductions across suppliers and SKUs. The role interfaces with procurement, distribution, marketing, and transportation to ensure scalable supplier performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, product development, or project management; 5 years in supply chain with any degree may be considered equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sourcing RFQs and transition products to lower cost, vetted alternatives with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support product development, sample approval, risk mitigation, supplier and SKU rationalization.
• Assist in building vendor compliance programs and manage supplier catalog.
• Collaborate with overseas offices (APAC/EMEA) on OS&E expansion and COgS reduction initiatives.
