Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, with strong market research skills and knowledge of sourcing tools and social media to attract top technical talent. Occasional travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting passive candidates for technical roles.
• Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques utilized for identifying highly qualified talent to drive results.
• Have curiosity and strong market research skills with the ability to create customized value proposition to attract and connect with talent.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Nintendo's talent segments to build a pipeline of qualified talent to fill current and future hiring needs via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Support and execute on strategic recruiting programs
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in creating sourcing strategies for priority roles
• Source, assess and deliver pipeline of top talent to hiring teams
• May require limited travel to talent networking and recruiting events
