Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks a Strategic Sourcing Staff Representative to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing Orlando program efforts for the Subcontract Strategic Sourcing team within Strategic Operations. This role will influence sourcing decisions to improve program performance and meet contractual requirements through strategic and structured risk management.

You will serve as a liaison between the Dallas Strategic Sourcing team and Orlando Global Supply Chain programs,

• Knowledge of Procurement, Subcontract Management, Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation & Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain and Operations efforts.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities during task execution to meet mission success.
• Strong ability to resolve tactical obstacles and make strategic decisions while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Orlando supply-chain resiliency efforts and coordinate with program teams.
• Support resiliency for the Munitions Acceleration Initiative, driving supply-chain robustness.
• Manage supplier technology roadmaps for new and existing suppliers aligned with Orlando technical needs.
• Guide Subcontract Management teams in informed sourcing across commodity areas.
• Cultivate supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Attend make/buy reviews, ME liaison activities, and participate in relevant meetings.
• Maintain strategic-sourcing documentation and data (supplier status, trip briefs, etc.).
• Establish regular rhythms and lead discussions with Orlando program teams.
• Ensure collaborative supplier engagements and attend trade shows to uncover adjacent industry opportunities.

This role will be responsible for influencing sourcing decisions to improve program performance and meet contractual requirements through a strategic and structured risk management approach.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Strategic Sourcing Subcontracts Manager Liaison, you will serve as the primary link between the Dallas Strategic Sourcing team and Orlando Global Supply Chain programs, facilitating initiatives and eliminating communication barriers to ensure sourcing decisions are based on the most accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Orlando supply-chain resiliency efforts and coordinate with program teams.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
