Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA is seeking a Senior Subcontract Administrator to manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex subcontracts for commercial, DoD and international programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, sign supplier agreements within authority, and develop subcontract specs and terms for materials and services to support development, production and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer.
• Experience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sources.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP or equivalent ERP system.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
• Experience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sources
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay

Desired Skills

• Negotiations experience in cost, schedule and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
• Familiar with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), government regulations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items
• Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
• Works independently and in a collaborative team-based environment

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$81500.00 - $151300.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$72500.00 - $134600.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): :$65200.00 - $121200.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
