Responsibilities

Procurement & sourcing: Support supplier identification and evaluation; Execute purchase orders and routine procurement transactions; Develop cost-saving opportunities; Maintain supplier relationships; Track supplier performance and records; Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, and invoices.
Cost management: Support cost reduction initiatives; Compile purchasing data and reports; Assist budgeting and forecasting related to procurement expenditures.
Operational support: Coordinate procurement with warehouse, operations, transportation, finance, and inventory teams; Ensure timely delivery of materials and services; Monitor inventory levels and replenishment; Assist risk mitigation for supply disruptions.
Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations; Maintain procurement records and audit documentation; Prepare routine procurement reports.
