Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Procurement Specialist to partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and timely PO conversions.

You will lead sourcing for FBH categories, monitor supplier KPIs, and drive improvements in supplier relationships and performance. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, Hospitality, and/or Science, Agriculture required and/or preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage low-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute a tactical sourcing plan for assigned projects or categories.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; serve as point of contact for brand teams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted sourcing partner.
• Select vendors based on financial and qualitative criteria; ensure pricing and terms.
• Serve as SME on CRM and SRM to Purchasing Organization and process partners.
• Drive supplier performance via KPIs and timely issue escalation.
• Develop and negotiate spot purchases for special requests or last-minute needs.
• Consolidate spend and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing.
