Job summary

Carnival Corporation in Miami, FL is seeking a Category Specialist to drive strategic sourcing within Food & Beverage. You will develop category strategies, optimize supply chains, and lead cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and present insights to senior management to support strategic decisions. This role is office-based in South Florida with potential for field travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing or category management
• CPSM/CPM/APICS preferred
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail
• Ability to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams
