Knobelsdorff (KE) seeks a procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing and supplier management across materials, equipment, and services for complex projects.

You will negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and deliver measurable cost savings while upholding KE's safety and performance standards. This full-time role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with travel and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and competitive bids.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies for spend areas.
• Process and manage purchase orders with proper approvals.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and selection.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with finance to track savings and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 15–25% for supplier visits and meetings.
