Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) seeks a procurement leader to support KE's Supply Chain and Operations by developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to drive value on materials, equipment, and services.

You will oversee purchase orders, monitor savings, measure procurement performance, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards. Travel of up to 15–25% to supplier visits and project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for materials, equipment, services, and operations purchasing.
• Process, review, and manage purchase orders for accuracy and approvals.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and selection processes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximize value.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Partner with project teams to understand demand forecasts and procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and supplier risks to support business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance to track savings and procurement metrics.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and supplier concerns to maintain supply continuity.
