Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and leading bids.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for spend areas.
- Process and manage purchase orders with proper approvals.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
- Build strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
