Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Procurement Manager to support KE's Supply Chain and Operations by developing and executing procurement strategies across materials, equipment, services, and operations purchasing. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and leading competitive bids.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for spend areas.
• Process, review, and manage purchase orders with approvals and timing.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and selection.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand demand forecasts and procure requirements.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to support business needs.
• Track savings initiatives and procurement metrics with Finance and Operations.
• Support vendor programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze spend data and make recommendations for better purchasing decisions.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and supplier issues to maintain supply.
