Job summary

St Luke's ElderCare in Singapore is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Sourcing & Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement activities, drive cost savings, and optimise supplier performance across the organisation. The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field, plus 3–5 years in procurement with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tender processes and contract management is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing or tender management experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, tender docs and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for goods and services including tendering, purchasing, negotiation, and cost evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, consolidate demand, and drive cost savings via strategic sourcing.
• Assist in preparing RFQs/RFPs and tender documentation with evaluation criteria and pricing schedules.
• Review vendor agreements for key terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor renewals of maintenance contracts and standing orders via an organized dashboard.
• Implement vendor performance management for quality, service, delivery and cost competitiveness.
• Perform data analysis and reporting on procurement expenditure, ageing and performance metrics.
• Drive workflow improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, transparency and compliance.
