Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced procurement leader to drive excellence across a diverse portfolio. The role oversees end-to-end procurement operations, strategic sourcing, governance, and supplier partnerships to deliver value-for-money outcomes.

Based in Singapore, the position requires extensive public-sector procurement experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to guide complex, high-value procurements while ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Singaporean
• Minimum 12 years of experience in public sector procurement
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end procurement operations
• Proven track record in leading procurement teams
• Strong knowledge of IM (Procurement) and GeBIZ procurement system
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic procurement advice in a complex operating environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations across multiple procurement categories.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established procurement policies, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance on procurement risks, complex procurement challenges, and procurement strategies.
