Job summary

Anthropic in Seattle is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Business Partner to own the commercial terms for a growing portfolio of Human Data Operations and related R&D services.

You will lead contract redlines, template deployment, and end-to-end negotiations, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure value and risk controls while enabling rapid deal execution in a fast-paced AI research environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial negotiation experience in services.
• Hands-on contract experience with MSAs and SOWs and contract templates.
• A track record of leading multi-million dollar services negotiations to solid outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial redlines for HDO and R&D services agreements and renewals.
• Build and maintain template library for MSAs, SOWs, pricing exhibits, and SLAs.
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and deal terms across the portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships, QBRs, SLAs, and performance improvements.
