Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead complex procurement initiatives across construction, engineering, facilities, and related services. You will manage RFx events, negotiations, and contract development to improve cost, quality, and risk for large multi-year programs.

The role requires mentoring sourcing teams, driving governance, and building strong supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and value for the business across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing/procurement initiatives for construction, engineering, facilities and related services.
• Oversee RFQ/RFP events, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Develop category strategies and multi-year contracts to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Mentor and develop sourcing professionals; build cross-functional partnerships.
• Support large projects and governance for programs like Reinvestment One.
